    We have addressed this issue in our current update and we have issued a fix in our beta version. You may enable the beta by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

    If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from: WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

    Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

    You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.

    The fix has been released in the beta update of the PRO version and it seems like you haven’t updated the PRO version to the latest beta.

    Your subscription here is also being shown as a Free user. Can you please share the email id that you have used to purchase the PRO version, in the sensitive data section?
