If by the advance Schema you mean the Schema tab of the meta box then you should keep that active. If you don’t want any other Schema to apply to the post then you can simply delete the Schema from the Schema tab.

This issue can occur if you have added the FAQ block but had the individual questions in the block hidden. If so, please change them to visible to resolve the issue.

As of now I don’t have FAQ using block. I just enabled FAQ schema but this error shows up in GSC. I did not add FAQ using advance Schema.
By the way. I have a Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP installed. Should I uninstall that? Maybe that is the one causing problem?

Yes, that plugin causes a conflict with the Schema coming from Rank Math and you should only aim to use a single plugin to generate all your Schema.
