Sitemaps Couldn't fetch! - Support

I just connected Rank Math with my new website, while trying to submit my sitemap (created by RankMath) to Search Console, I found Couldn’t fetch warning. (Image in sensitive data)

I checked the reason from GSC too, here what are they saying:

Please say what can I do. is it an issue of RankMath Sitemap Generator?

The Couldn’t Fetch sitemap error is, in most cases, simply due to a bug in the Google Search Console.

You can follow the steps in this link:

Once done, exclude the sitemaps from caching and resubmit the sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

I checked this before posting this support ticket. but nothing works!
I dont have caching plugin right now. only using Cloudflare. just connected , no special change.

Hello,

I can check that the WWW version of your sitemap is not being redirected to the non WWW version.

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:

Once done, exclude the sitemaps from caching and resubmit the sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

I tried this thing. but it doesn’t work.

even i have checked this same httpstatus for my different website, they have no sitemap issue so far, but they got the same result (both have status code 200)

It seems the www version to your sitemap does return an issue. Please check the screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/LC6RWB

Could you please try to purge any caching service you have in your website’s plugin? You may also check for any server-level caching software and purge it as well.

I did, but still no result.

I checked my another website https://www.obboymedia.com/sitemap_index.xml

I found the same blank page. but this sitemap is indexed very well.
Maybe the issue is somewhere else!

Hello,

I checked the sitemap, Cloudflare is caching the sitemap.

Please exclude the sitemaps from caching in Cloudflare by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#cloudflare

Then, purge the Cloudflare cache and check the sitemap.
