The checks that we want to do require a high level of proficiency with the plugin and require checking technical requirements such as error logs and specific PHP code from the plugin.
Having said that, if you really can’t give login credentials could you please tell us if you see any error in the console when trying to make those changes?
Also, are there any errors related to Rank Math on your website error log?

when i try to add job posting expiry date suddenly popup will get disappear and then no schema option will be visible?
