    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hi,
    I have updated the temporary login link with admin details for you guys to check. Also i have already check with troubleshoot program you suggested and even after disabling all plugin and themes and only activating the rank math the issue was there. Please check it.

    Can you please check if there is a sitemap file in the website’s root directory?

    If there is a sitemap file, please delete it, clear the website cache and check the sitemap.

    If you are not sure, you can get in touch with your web host and delete the sitemap file.

    If there is no sitemap file in the root directory and the issue persists, please add the FTP login details in the sensitive data section so we can check further.

    There is no sitemap file in the cpanel or on hosting. That was the first thingh we checked. Also have updated the login temporary details.
