I’ve checked the URL, and it seems that the Featured image you used is a .webp file.
Please ensure that the image file format you are uploading is only between jpeg, gif, or png as per Opengraph Standards.

No other SEO plugin I used it showed the normal highlighted image even though it was in Webp format

The Webp format is not supported by Facebook. So it is not about the SEO plugins. Since Facebook doesn’t consider Webp format to generate the link preview, you will need to set the image with a supported format. You can check the OpenGraph guidelines here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/#images
