I’ve checked your site and replicated this issue upon saving the keyword:
api-fetch.min.js?ver=134e23b5f88ba06a093f9f92520a98df:2 POST https://sa***ox.s***eb.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 401
That error is usually caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress API REST.
I’ve tried checking for a plugin conflict, but it seems that it is not working properly on your site. I would recommend disabling the plugins one by one to check what could be causing it.
If the issue still persists, please contact your web host and check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST. Please also ask them to check the Firewall Settings and whitelist the updateMeta rule.

Also, I’ve noticed that you’re using an outdated version of PHP. Please update the PHP of your site to the recommended version. Here’s a link for more information:
