Could you please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the ModSecurity is disabled or they are not blocking any process of the plugin?
Disabling ModSecurity should fix the issue.
If the issue persists, check if the theme or any other plugin is conflicting with Rank Math using the Health Check troubleshooting plugin.

Can disable it just to save my settings and enabled it after?

After changing the settings you can then activate the module once again.
If it starts giving you issues on other parts or functionality of the website we recommend that you get in touch with your hosting provider and try to alleviate the rules a little bit on that.
