    Hi Rankmath

    Please take a look at my search results for my website http://www.decori.dk
    in the link:

    I am showing page 1 and page 2 of search results for ‘decori.dk’ in google.

    Questions:

    1. How do I avoid google indexing all the different pages and categories of my site? Look at page 1, with all the pages, and categories listed as search results, under the ‘main’ search result for my homepage.
    I dont see this happening for other websites, and I am wondering why it is happening to my website? Is this something I can avoid?

    2. On page 2 of search results for ‘decori.dk’, sitelinks appear under a category of my site.
    – Why is this happening?
    I would like the sitelinks to appear under the homepage of my site instead. Not under a category. And not on page 2 of the search results.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Getting the sitelinks is an automatic process. It is not possible to control which links to show on the search results under the sitelinks.

    To remove the categories from the search results, you should set the categories to noindex.

    Enable Advanced mode in Rank Math dashboard:
    am

    Then, go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories > Enable Category Archives Robots Meta > Check noindex checkbox
    categories

    Once you noindex the categories, the sitelinks issues should also be resolved.
