Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title/description for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
Here are some of the common reasons Google might not use the meta description you provided:
– The meta description is not relevant or useful (ie, just a collection of keywords).
– The exact same meta description is provided across a large number of pages.
– The meta description doesn’t match what the user is searching for, but other content on the page does.
There is a whole article dedicated to this on SearchEngineJournal:

Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know.
Hi there Assistance,
I have an issue for a number of my arguments and also I can’t locate the game plan wherever online …
It takes place that I enter my meta-depiction via RankMath (they successfully depict the page being mentioned, are under 160 characters, etc).
In addition, when I go greater than one of my Webpage on Google, it doesn’t put the “ideal” meta portrayal (the one I created).
At times, GG reveals words in the entry under the key H2 taking everything right into account.
Have you anytime experienced this problem? Much appreciated early for your aid!
Hello,
You can try changing the meta tags’ content and match it with the search intent. Google might pick up your meta tags on the next crawl of this page. However, any SEO plugin can only provide instructions to search engines which content should be displayed in the search results but it’s up to them which content they decide is suitable for the user’s search query.
Hope that answers your question. Thank you.
