    I have an active subscription and it is not working on a site I have installed the plugin on.

    I have included my receipt and information below.

    Please make sure that your Rank Math plugin is properly activated and connected to your paid Rank Math account. You can check it by heading to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    You may also head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and check if the correct subscription is indicated:

    If the subscription is incorrect, please attempt to disconnect your Rank Math account from your website and reconnect again.
