  • Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I could not login to your site because of an invalid password.
    Please note that if you are using WooCommerce to manage your products, Rank Math will automatically populate these settings from the products and the schema options will not be available for editing.

    These options will only be available on custom post types or when using a different E-commerce plugin to manage your products.

    Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the access.

    I have added the following code to your theme’s functions.php file to remove the isRelatedTo attribute that was causing the error and 20+ warnings on your products:

    /**
     * Filter to modify schema data.
     *
     * @param array $entity Snippet Data
     * @return array
     */
    add_filter( 'rank_math/snippet/rich_snippet_product_entity', function( $entity ) {
        if(isset($entity['isRelatedTo'])){
           unset($entity['isRelatedTo']);
           return $entity;
        }

        return $entity;
    });

    To fix the rest of the warnings, you will need to add the information on each of your products to populate the schema data:

    The aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.
    http://i.mythemeshop.com/cIBqH4

    If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.

    Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

    You can fix the SKU and availability issue easily as well:

    To fix the brand warning, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce and choose from any of the available fields to use as your product’s brands.

    Brand Value

    If you want to use a custom value for your Brands, you can do that by using the following code in your theme’s functions.php file:

    // Add Brand for Products.
    add_filter( 'rank_math/snippet/rich_snippet_product_entity', function( $entity ) {
    $entity['brand'] = 'Rank Math;
    return $entity;
    });

    Replace the “Rank Math” text with your actual brand name then run your website through the Structured Data Testing tool once again.

    You can fix the ‘priceValidUntil’ error by adding an expiry date for the sale price assigned to your products on the edit page.

    To fix the missing global identifier warning, please install the following plugin that will add a field to enter the identifier value:

    Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your help.

    I have added GTIN number to all my products using the recommended plugin. But, for some reason, I am still getting warnings for missing global identifier.

    Can you help me fix this? It may have to do with the fact that I am using a custom template for my product pages via the Toolset Plugin.

    Hello,

    Since you are adding gtin value from Toolset plugin, please use below filter code to change the gtin in the schema:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/snippet/rich_snippet_product_entity', function( $entity ) {
        if(isset($entity['isRelatedTo'])){
           unset($entity['isRelatedTo']);
        }

        $entity['gtin8'] = 'GTIN Value'; // Replace this with the value from the custom field.

        return $entity;
    });

    I hope that helps. Thank you.
