Assuming you’ve already enabled the sitemaps, please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/3. Clear your website’s cache and see if the issue is fixed.

Please confirm if you have enabled the sitemap module?
Login to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Sitemap > Enable the module.
Also, please access your sitemap through a different browser by adding
/sitemap.index.xmlat the end of your domain name.For example
https://domain.com/sitemap_index.xmlIf you still see any errors then please let us know. We are here to assist. Thank you.
Yes the module is enable, i test on firefox and edge is the same problem

I checked the sitemaps but I was unable to replicate the issue. The sitemaps are loading properly.
Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
I also tested in Firefox and Edge browsers and the sitemaps are loading without any issues.
If you’re still facing the issue, please clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
