Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please share some of the URLs that are indexed on the search results page even though they are set to noindex
? You can add them to the sensitive data section
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Meanwhile, if those pages are already set to noindex in Rank Math, you can control them by submitting your sitemap in your Google Search Console account.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello, I am not entirely sure if those links have a no-index tag or not.
It’s just that I have excluded them from the sitemap.
Does that mean a no-index tag is automatically added to them? Or is there are a setting in Rank math where I can add a no-index tag to specific pages and post types?
Is there a way you can login to my site and have a look to the problem , Im using pornwild.to to embed videoes in my site
Hello,
@Porn I’ve already replied to your other ticket. If you have further questions, please continue there to assist you accordingly.
@Mansoor Excluding them from your sitemap is not enough for removing them on the search results page. You may need to set them to noindex in this case. You can set the default robots meta tags on those post types in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post type > Enable the Robots Meta option and select the No Index
checkbox
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
