I checked the sitemap, there is an additional sitemap generated by Jetpack.
Please disable the sitemap from Jetpack, then follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear your website cache and resubmit the sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

It looks like the sitemap was loading as a cache. I have checked your sitemap as Googlebot, and I am able to replicate the issue on your website. Since you are using Nginx, you need to add the code in your Nginx conf file. Otherwise, the sitemap will not load.
As you also stated, your host doesn’t allow adding the additional rules. I would suggest you use an alternative plugin for your sitemaps.

Without those rules, the sitemap will fail to load. As I said in my previous response, you will need to find the alternate plugin for your sitemaps.
