  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Error 500 is a server error. Could you please get in touch with your host and seek their help in checking the kind of errors that are reported on your website’s error log?

Meanwhile, I’ll suggest you reconfigure the Instant Indexing API by following each step in this guide, it is possible that you missed a step or incorrectly chose some option: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

This is a tried and tested method and we are certain these instructions work.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

I am having exactly the same issue

I have been using for 4 months now. And since an uopdate this has stopped working.

I have reinstalled correctly and even tried creating a new jason ect ect

This just stopped working after the last update. Error undefided.

I am not accepting the answer that was given in regards to this being a SERVER ERROR. Its not a server error. Its not a server issue. There is nothing being blocked. The IP is allowed.

Now. This stopped working after running updates! The rankmath update!

Again. I have done a full reinstall. Cleared caches.

Lets see some troubleshooting here. Its not a server error.
