Hi, when I select two categories on my blog, the ‘Select Primary Term’ tab does not appear, so I can’t select it.
My Website runs under LightSpeed / PHP 7.3 & WP 5.3.2 + Rank Math and lot of plugins, but even if I deactivate all but Rank Math the problem remains.
I tested under another config (NGINX / PHP 7.4) the problem is still there, even after removing all other plugins and resetting the full website.

This option should appear as a drop down selection menu under the categories.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It looks like you had not enabled the primary taxonomy for the posts post type.
I have enabled this via WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts > Primary taxonomy as shown below:
