Variables such as the %search_query% can only be used in the actual search pages titles that you can control over at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc Pages.
Having said that, it seems that your website is not using a default search functionality and as such our plugin might not be able to hook into that.
