    Hi there, I just made a payment to purchase the pro subscription but I still only have access to the free plugin on WP and I didn’t get a notification email or instructions.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    Your payment is on hold from PayPal because your country of card and the IP you used to make the purchase do not match.

    Please try again without using a VPN/Proxy and use a card instead of PayPal if PayPal isn’t working.

    The payment should go through after that.

    I just tried to pay with debit card (MC) and got this error message:

    We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.

    Hello,

    It seems that your account is already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.
