i tried it. I clicked Enable Troubleshooting in Site Health, then when I enabled the Rank Math plugin but the error still occurs (all plugins and themes are disabled except for rank math)

Looking at the PHP information for your website we don’t see the GD extension installed. As you can see from this image under the “G” letter we can only see “gettext”, so this is a clear indication that the GD extension is either not installed or not active.
Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to double-check the situation.
