It looks like the issue is related with the database user since the error is indicating the same: Uncaught RuntimeException: Error saving action: Error saving action: INSERT command denied to user '3xxx485_wpresxxxxxab0ab'@'10.136.xx.xxx'
Could you please get in touch with your host ask them about the permission?

I think it fixed, it was issue with my host. If I deleted the rank math app before and it is reinstalled, does my data erase?

Deleting and reinstalling your Rank Math plugin will not remove all your data as Rank Math’s settings data including the meta data are stored on your database.
