Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I was able to check that your listing was marked as Noindex in the Advanced tab of the meta box:

I have set it to index and now your listing is set as index in the frontend and search engines will be able to index it when they crawl:

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
It’s still an issue. I can’t seem to attach a screenshot here but it’s still noindex within the code. As far as being set to index, it’s been set that way for a while.
Also, we do have Rank Math Pro paid support.
Hello,
I checked the source of the page but I’m unable to replicate the issue, the page is already set to Index.
Please have a look at this screenshot for a quick reference:

You can use a tool like imgur.com to easily upload and share the screenshots link.
Also, we do have Rank Math Pro paid support.
The account you used to post this ticket is a Free Rank Math account, could you please share the email ID you used during the purchase of Rank Math PRO?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
I still see the noindex tag in the code and just to be sure I wasn’t seeing something wrong, I tried again to submit the page through Google Search console. It was rejected due to a noindex tag.
I assumed the support was tied to the URL but if it’s tied to email, it’s probably tied to the website’s owner. I’m assuming this forum is public, so I will refrain from pasting it here.

Hello,
Thank you for that information.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that there is a noindex meta tag being added by another plugin. Upon further investigating using the Health Check plugin, the noindex is being added by the WP Job Manager plugin while all the other plugins deactivated and using a default theme.
Please note that only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by that troubleshooting steps.
In this case, you may need to contact the plugin development team and ask them how to remove the noindex meta tag on your listings.
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
Thanks for looking into it, Reinelle.
