As I wrote, Google said the status is “Excluded,” which means that they think I don’t want them to index these pages. This is the reason they have given.
From my research, this will happen with page duplicates that authors do not want indexed (that is not the case for me, these are not duplicates) or if there is a “no-index” directive and/or robots.txt directive somewhere. I went back and checked each post and they all have the “index” box checked.
I would like to know if there are any directives like this that I’m not aware of – I couldn’t find any and have no explanation for why Google thinks I’m asking it not to index these pages. Please help!

Keep in mind though this is only one of about 20 that haven’t been indexed. Thanks for the help.

I’ve checked the URL, and it seems that it is already included in your sitemap. Please verify the other 20 pages you are referring to if they are already showing in your sitemap.
If some of them are not included, here’s a link on why a URL is excluded from your sitemap:

Once done, remove all your submitted sitemaps in your Google Search Console account and resubmit your main sitemap /sitemap_index.xml, then give Google some time to recrawl your site.
