Plugin issues – Critical Error

    Hi, I recently installed the Rank Math and set everything up successfully. But after waiting for the analytics to come through, the main Rank Math analytics dashboard is blank:

    However, it shows fine on my main wordpress dashboard:

    When I inspect elements on the plugin page, it says:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    /wp-admin/admin.php?…-math-analytics#/:1 Uncaught (in promise)

    message: “<p>There has been a critical error on this website.</p>

    According to a site health check, there doesn’t seem to be any plugins interfering and I have deleted Yoast and anything else that might cause problems.

    I’ve also tested it on different browsers and mobile, so it’s definitely not a browser issue.

    Thanks for any advice. I’d love to keep using this plugin and was hoping to upgrade after checking it out some more.

    If the issue is not resolved, please ensure that the plugin is updated to the latest version v1.0.71 : https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

    Then check the Analytics dashboard.

    Also, 5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.

    You can also check if your website’s PHP values are too low to handle the processes.

    You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server

    If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
