Rank Math free

Hello I wrote a new article for my web today and suddenly I do not have access to editing the snippet and other SEO information. It used to be visible under my articles. Please advise, thank you, Pavel.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please ensure that the Rank Math plugin is updated to the latest version:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

Then, check that the Add SEO Controls option is enabled at Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts/Pages > Turn on Add SEO Controls

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in the Rank Math dashboard:

Hello and thank you for trying to help so fast. I found that I already had all the settings that you suggested, but still no chance to edit the SEO. In the editor there is a frame named Rank Math SEO but nothing in it, just arrows up, down and an arrow to open/close the frame. But I cannot open it as there is nothing. I really tried to find how to make it work, no effect. I am using Orion to keep all the plugins updated, so this is not the problem. Thank you again, Pavel.

Hello,

Please clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

If the issue persists, then assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hello, you are great and fast! I did what the video suggested, the problem persists. When I activate only the Rank Math and go to an article, no SEO editing. Is there a way how to let you see the administration? This has always worked fine, I do not know when and what happened then. Thanks!!! Pavel

I have tested with the Health-Check plugin and found that Calls to Action plugin is causing a conflict with the Rank Math plugin. You can check the same by disabling it from the plugin page.

Could you please get in touch with the plugin developer and ask them about the issue you are facing?
