    Hi, It says that my Google Analytics is connected properly but the Rank Math Analytics shows only zero values which makes me think it is not connected properly. How do I fix this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please reconnect the Analytics account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:
    reconnect

    Once you reconnect and configure the Analytics settings, the data fetch should start automatically.

    Let us know if the data is not fetched.

    I did as you described above but I still don’t have any data. The seach console is green, but I am not sure if that matters. Do I need to do anything with the next section “Analytics”?

    Hello,

    Please select the property from the Analytics dropdown and save the settings.

    It takes 20 minutes for the data to be fetched from Google.

    If the data is not fetched, please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can use the WP-Crontrol plugin to check that.

    In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cronjobs working and enabled in your installation.

    I installed WP-Control and activated. I don’t see cronjobs but I do see the following: antispam_bee_daily_cronjob. It doesn’t appear to be running. Should I run it?

    Hello,

    If you have already installed the tracking code manually or with any other plugin, you do not need to enable the Install Analytics code option also there is no need to run the cron job that you mentioned.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings.

    Please share a screenshot of the past 30 days of your Google Search Console and the organic traffic in Google Analytics. You can share the screenshots using https://imgbb.com/
