But it’s a bug from rankmath, I tried uploading the image and when sharing to facebook it always shows the default image instead of the thumbnail.
With other website if I don’t set default image when sharing facebook everything works fine

Please check the dimensions and the file type of the image. The preview is best shown when the image of the recommended dimensions is used.
The recommended dimensions of the social image are 1200px X 630px and only jpeg, png, and gif images are supported.
The images that you use should follow the Opengraph Standards.

I checked and figured out that the issue was being caused by the Remove all RDFa option of the Remove Schema plugin. It was not allowing Rank Math to add the property name in the meta tags and that’s why Facebook wasn’t able to detect the og:image tag:
I have disabled the option and now og:image tag is being added to your posts:
