Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.
Name server changes usually take 24 to 48 hours to fully start working, Once the period is over, Please check again if it’s still not working, Please flush the DNS cache of your local system. You can follow this guide for that.
Do let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Thanks Ankit
The migration was done about a month ago but don’t worry, I think my host has fixed the problem
I was really just curious as to how this might affect SEO and whether fixing the problem will be beneficial to SEO, I just wonder if it could make it easier for google to crawl or something because rankmath was telling me I had already used keywords which I think is because the site was duplicated on the other server.
Kind regards, Andrew
Hello,
I am glad the you have sorted the server issue. If we talk about the keyword issue, Could you please check the database directly for the keywords? You can find the focus keyword field in the wp_postmeta
table. If you are not able to find the duplicate keywords then we might need to take a closer look into the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress and FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Thanks Ankit
I’m really inexperienced with managing databases, so a bit unconfident about that. I wam happy to try it however, it sounds like you are referring to an isolated incidence, this was happening every time I submitted a listing not just one listing. Its possible this is fixed now but it would be interesting to check. What are your thoughts?
Kind regards
Andrew
Hello,
Sure, please check this by submitting a listing and see if the issue is fixed.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
Will do. I’ll get back to you if it happens again, thanks Prabhat

Can you confirm you received an email please because I received the email that should go to you. I’m using a new theme so I may just be copied in but if you didnt receive it I will need to speak to the author. Thanks, Andrew
Hello,
I tried to login into your website’s admin area but I was blocked by two-factor authentication on your website.
Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section for a quick reference.
Please temporarily disable the 2FA so that we can investigate the issue further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I’ve deactivated it, you should be OK now
Thanks
Andrew
Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin area and upon investigating your database, I found that a post of post type “Item” had the same focus keyword as used in the listing.
Based on the post_id of the “Item” post type, I searched but it seems like the post type has now been disabled on the website. Since its data exists in the database, the error for the focus keyword already used was shown.
I removed the focus keyword of that post and the test is now passed.
Please have a look at the screenshots in the sensitive data section of this ticket and confirm it on your end.
I also tested by creating a new listing and was unable to replicate the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
Excellent, thanks Prabhat, so are you saying I should not experience this for future posts now either ?
Kind regards
Andrew
