Wrong Open Graph Image Showing

I checked the source of your homepage and the og:image matches the image shown in Facebook.

If you’ve set another image, then please ensure that the image is of the recommended dimensions (i.e, 1200px X 630px) and of the supported image types (jpeg, png, and gif).

Further, clear your website’s cache and see if the issue gets fixed.

Yes, you would not get an update button in the pop-up, you just need to add the image, close the pop-up and update the page.

However, as the image is not getting saved, assuming you’re following the image factors mentioned in my previous reply, we might need to take a closer look at the issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Also, please share the image that needs to be set as the social image so that we can check it further.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Could you also share the image that you wish to set as the social image?

Note: I logged into your websites admin area and found that the OpenGraph thumbnail that you’ve set, from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta > OpenGraph Thumbnail, is of dimensions 2560px X 1708px. An image of this dimension might not get detected by Facebook.

Please ensure that you’re using an image of the recommended dimensions i.e, 1200px X 630px.

Upon further investigating, I found that GoDaddy’s Website Firewall on your website is blocking access to the updateMeta route.

Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Please whitelist the below route to fix the issue:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

If you’re not sure, please get in touch with your web host regarding this and they would be able to help you whitelist the route.
