    Hello, I just purchased the rankmath PRO plug-in, but an error was prompted during the payment process. I have not received any documents about rankmath PRO, but my PAYPAL has been deducted.

    The email address filled in when ordering is w********@g********
    paypal transaction number: 2VL50974547058009

    please help me.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    The payment is showing pending from our end. We have not received any payment from you and if you check your PayPal account – you will notice that it will say the payment is on hold. Please get in touch with PayPal regarding why it is showing as pending and you can cancel the payment and use your credit card directly if you want.
