Rankmath plugin conflicting with Elementor

Rank Math and Elementor are fully compatible, so the issue shouldn’t be due to a conflict between them. There should be some other plugin that is causing this issue.

We are glad that you were able to find out the culprit. Please contact the support team of the Ad Inserter plugin and inform them about the issue. They should be able to resolve this on their end as their plugin is stopping Rank Math from working with Elementor.

When we try to save the changes inside Elemntor we see an error 5xx, which indicates this is a server issue, so the server log should have some error messages related to this.

If possible please share those error messages with us so we can debug further and see if the problem is coming from Rank Math.

This is the PHP error log and doesn’t include any fatal errors, but rather some warnings and notices about Rank Math.

We were asking about the Apache/Nginx error log that should have a mention of this error.

Another possibility for this issue might be a time out, where there are too many connections at the same time and the server simply can’t handle those.

Since this error is happening with Ad Inserter, it could be that the plugin is trying to make multiple calls to external resources at the same time our plugin is making calls to save the SEO data and causing this issue.

What we also recommend is that you check your server settings and have the following variable at least with these values if not more:

PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
