Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please share the affected URL with us so we can further check it on our end?
It would also be nice to check if there are other plugins that might be causing conflict with Rank Math.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
We are looking forward to helping you with this one.
Hello,
Thank you for that information.
I’ve checked the affected URLs you shared, and it seems that the meta title is already outputting the correct <title>
tag in the page’s source code. You can also verify that using this tool: https://heymeta.com
In this case, you can check this link for more information on why Google chooses a different meta title on the search results page:
https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/#page-title-rewrites
Please note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title/description for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
The best you can do is optimize your meta tags to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
It does not help at all, since in this case it does not make sense to have an SEO plugin if the title will be shown as the original title.
Actually you have not been able to tell me why once I update the pages it no longer takes the meta title, since before the updates it showed them correctly
Hello,
Please note that recently Google introduced changes to how it generates the titles to display on SERPs and it’s automatically changing those as per the algorithm.

If you want to share your experience with this new update to Google you can use the following forum thread: https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/122879386/your-feedback-on-titles-shown-in-search-results
Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
