You can start by exporting the settings you wish to use for the future so you don’t lose any: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-export-settings/
When you have this file you can then activate the plugin on each website individually and if you see that the settings got changed you can import the settings to each of the subsites.

thank you for the answer. The settings did not change. Also when the product category pages are non inndex, if I want to let index certain category on sub site biobey.be/fr/ then it does not work. EEven if I activate rank math separately for biobey.be and the subsite biobey.be/fr/, biobey.be/fr/ does not have the same options, they are limited. what can be done to correect this? I want to index some category pages and it does not work.

I will share the above mentioned information with you, because I’m testing on my test site and there I can totally control both websites in multisite network separately on my live site it’s not possible. I have all product categories set to nonindex and when I want to let index one certain product category it jumps again to nonindex, I do not have tab advanced in meta section.

Meanwhile, please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
