Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

For the speed, although unlikely that Rank Math causes the slow website speed if you feel that our plugin is causing that, you may install a query monitor plugin to check if there are Rank Math queries slowing down your site. After that, you could share some screenshots of the differences using https://imgbb.com/ so we can check on our end.
