info not saving

    Hi – my target keyword and meta descriptions are not saving despite how many times I enter them. I did troubleshooting mode and was going to test for plug-in conflicts, but it won’t even save with solely Rank Math SEO alone activated, or with Rank Math SEO and Rank Math SEO pro activated. Please assist, thank you.

    Please ensure that the Rank Math plugins are updated to the latest version.

    Then, clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
    transients

    Once done, clear the website and browser cache and check again.

    If the issue persists, check if you are using a Firewall, as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data. You can check this link for more information:

    While saving the post, check the browser console and see if this file is getting blocked: /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user

    Follow the instructions in this link:

    If it is blocked and if you are using Cloudflare or any Security plugin, whitelist the file from there and check again, if that does not help I would recommend contacting your hosting support, to check if something is blocking access to that file.
