It seems like your sitemap is getting cached. I was able to make it work after flushing the cache. Please follow this guide to exclude your sitemap from getting cached by LiteSpeed and Cloudflare: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it’s already showing fine.
Since you have already excluded your sitemap in your LiteSpeed caching plugin, please get in touch with your web host to fully clear your website’s cache and any server-side caching your sitemap.
I’ve also checked your sitemap, and it seems that you haven’t verified the WWW (or non-WWW) and HTTPS (or HTTP) versions of your website. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check.

Now I tried to redirect my www and non ssl versions to the SSL non www version.
can you pls. assist further because i don’t know so much of coding, not very much sure whether i am doing it correctly or not.
The tool you suggest is still showing 200 ok status in all the versions.
Don’t able to get how to redirect the other 3 versions to non www ssl one.

I tested your website variations and except for the preferred variation, the rest give 301 redirects.
However, there are double 301 redirects in two variations and among these, in one variation, there is a 404 error with double 301s.

I recommend you get in touch with your web host regarding this and they would be able to help you fix this.
