I connected my rankmath to my google analytics several days ago, but no data is showing up. There has been traffic on my site, but rankmath is showing me zeros for all data. How can I tell if it’s connected properly?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can use the WP-Crontrol plugin to check that.

In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cronjobs working and enabled in your installation.

If the cron jobs are working, please reconnect the Analytics account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:
    analytics

Once you reconnect and configure the Analytics settings, the data fetch should start automatically.

Let us know if the data is not fetched.

We are here to help you.

    Hello,
I installed WP Crontrol, checked that it was working and reconnected to google analytics following the instructions provided exactly. I rebooted my dashboard as well. Your plugin still shows an SEO of 0, so somewhere data is not being fetched. I know there are visitors to my site because I’ve had purchases from it in the last 30 days.

    Hello,

In that case, please try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
