Reconnect Rankmath Account for WordPress.org Multisite

    Hello,
    I am reaching out on behalf of one of my clients. They have a WordPress Multi-site in place, and Rankmath was set up to run across all five of them. Recently, it looks like Rankmath has been disconnected from one, and we are not sure how to go about getting it hooked back up to the same Rankmath account the rest are using. How would we get this set back up, or can we tell Rankmath to activate safely without removing the SEO that had already been done?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to the WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math PRO account to fix the issue and trigger the auto-updates.


    There will be no loss of the data or settings if you reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Hello,

    The first website (https://www.tim*******landscaping.com/) is connected to the email ID in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    The rest of the websites aren’t connected to any Rank Math account.
