Rank Math doesn’t have an option that can make your internal links nofollow. The issue should have been caused by some other plugin. You can try disabling Rank Math and check if that resolves the issue. Also, please share a post with nofollow internal links so we can check.

I checked and no internal link on this post has a nofollow meta tag. Only this link: https://toptrendpk.com/rehmat-ul-alameen-scholarship-apply-online/ has a sponsored tag that isn’t being added by Rank Math.
You can also inspect the links on your page and confirm this. It seems like the SEO Audit of Ahref is incorrect or there is some other issue. You can try checking with some other SEO audit tool like: https://neilpatel.com/seo-analyzer/
