Can I install rankmath pro offline?

    I am currently making a food blog offline using local. I see when you register Rankmath pro you can only use it on one domain, all though I do own the domain the website im currently building offline just uses my static local host IP. Can I use this IP to setup rankmath pro to use it on a local host and create posts also offline without having to buy another version for my website also? (I’m currently using Rankmath free version) just incase.

    In short I want to build my site and it’s food posts to create a food library with Rankmath pro to tag and optimize the SEO of each post OFFLINE using a local host. When I’m done building out some of the sites features and food posts I’m going to create a backup and upload it to the real site and have it live.

    This is my first time setting up a site in the way so I have no clue how it works when it comes down to the plugins and even if the SEO optimizations will carry over to the live site when the backup is completed. I know this is a few questions in one but if you could help me out I’d be very grateful.

    Q1: Will RankmathPRO even work on a local offline site? (Rankmath FREE version works)

    Q2: Can I buy Rankmath PRO and use it offline on LOCAL to make my site and still use it for the real site using the same account.

    Q3: Will It affect the SEO or google score if I create a website offline then put it online with 50-100 food posts fully created and optimized with rankmath PRO at the start?

    Q4: If I create a backup of the site on local and upload it online on a WP server will I lose any RankmathPRO information?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and bringing your concern to us.

    Q1: Rank Math PRO should work with the offline installation of WordPress but when you activate the PRO plugin, you may need to connect it to the internet and proceed on working offline again after activating it.

    Q2: Yes, absolutely!

    Q3: This shouldn’t affect your Google rankings as you are not ranking your offline website since it is offline and not yet indexed to Google. Once you upload your offline website to your live site (with proper configuration), you can start ranking your site with no issues.

    Q4: No, all Rank Math data is stored in the database so when you migrate your website together with the database, the settings will also be present on your live website.
