I tested the page with https://httpstatus.io/ and there are no redirections applied.
Regarding the “Document has moved here” text, Rank Math should not add that on the front end of the website. Could you confirm if the text is removed when you deactivate Rank Math?
If not, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thanks Prabhat I’ll have a look this morning and revert back. I don’t have any other redirection plugins so not sure what caused this but I’m sure I’ll find it.
I resolved this.
I had created a redirect for a change to my tags structure.
My old tag structure was collections/tagname and my redirect was to wall-art/tagname
But I also had one category with the same structure collections/category
So it was nothing wrong with Rank Math merely me who introduced a loop.
