    Hi team,

Need help with 1 plugin conflict. Below are the notes, can you please look into it.

Edit snippet of rank math is not working to add meta tags in post and page.
We have followed troubleshooting by installing the health check plugin and got that the classic editor is conflicting with rank math. When we deactivate the classic editor, the edit snippet is working fine.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

  • Hello,

There shouldn’t be a conflict with the Classic Editor. It should work fine when only Classic Editor and Rank Math are active. If it does then please investigate further with other plugins. If the issue is present only when Classic Editor and Rank Math are active then please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi Jaideep,

I have again gone through the troubleshooting guide and found that there is a conflict between the ACF pro and Rankmath plugin when both are enabled, Rankmath settings are changed.

Is there any way we can resolve this issue?

    Thanks in Advnce.
