I’ve checked the link you have provided and replicated the issue about price. Are you using the WooCommerce Product Schema for your products?
If so, Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content. If you have set the price in WooCommerce, it should automatically reflect on your products’ schema.
If you’re using the Product Schema Type, you would need to apply the price manually in the Offers section:
