    Hey, I have successfully paid, but I have not received the order.
    Rank math account: h***************@g********
    Paypal payment account: d**********@1******

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    As you can tell from the screenshot you shared as well, the payment is showing as pending and that is why you are not getting access to the product yet.

    It says that the transaction is on hold right now and we have to wait till Sept 16 for the hold to expire.

    If you do not wish to wait that long, please cancel the PayPal payment and use your debit or credit card to make the purchase and get access to your purchase instantly.

    PayPal customer service told me that this order requires your confirmation to make the payment successful.
