For the past 17 days, my sitemap is not reading my posts and also creating a problem in indexing. Also, my robots.txt file has changed automatically. So I request you to help me to resolve this problem. Reply to me ASAP and also provide me your customer care number.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’m afraid our scope of support does not extend to Phone or remote applications like AnyDesk.
Could you please confirm if you’re still referring to this issue on this site?
If so, please follow the steps I’ve shared from your previous ticket to resolve this issue.
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
can you share a brief about how to verify and redirect my site
Hello,
Sure. Here’s a sample code for your website that would look like this.
Redirect from www to non-www:
RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.(.*)$ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://%1/$1 [R=301,L]
Redirect from non-www to www:
RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\. [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]
Unfortunately, we can’t do it from Rank Math as this needs to be done more on a server level to affect your whole website, hence the usage of
.htaccess
file. We would recommend that you get in touch with your web host and ask them to set that up for your site.I hope that helps.
Thank you.

This is the screenshot of my site redirection status
I have redirected all the versions of my site to a single URL but still I’m facing the same issue.
Hello,
I’ve checked your sitemap URLs, and the other versions are still showing 200 OK status. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:
https://i.rankmath.com/O7XcMiYou will need to make sure the redirect to apply to all of your website pages.
I’ve also noticed in your robots.txt that you have another working sitemap from JetPack which are declared on the first 2 lines:
Sitemap: https://cryptoneuz.com/sitemap.xml Sitemap: https://cryptoneuz.com/news-sitemap.xml
Please remove those if you wanted to use Rank Math’s sitemap to avoid conflicts on your site. You can check this link on how to edit your robots.txt:

Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
I have changed the robot.txt file in Rankmath but still, when I search my robots.txt file on google is showing the old version. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

And also I don’t know how to redirect the sitemaps
Hello,
I’ve checked your robots.txt, and it seems to be working fine now
However, your sitemap is getting a redirection loop upon checking.
We can also check your site for you. To continue, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I have checked your robots.txt and it appears to be updated.
Here is the screenshot for your reference:
https://i.rankmath.com/m2sCl8I went ahead and checked your sitemap redirection and it looks like you have missed one redirection.
Here is the screenshot:
https://i.rankmath.com/zEalXyPlease kindly redirect the correct variation and re-submit the sitemap in GSC.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Whenever I’m trying to redirect the HTTP version of the sitemap to the HTTPS version it is creating a loop of redirections.
Please provide me the instruction to resolve this issue in brief. Why is it taking so much time to reply.
Hello,
We deeply apologize for the unexpected delay.
Could you please provide your FTP login so we can further check the issue?
We are looking forward to helping you with this one.
I have provided the login link for my WP account in the Sensitive Date section. Please resolve the problem fastly because it has been 20 days since my sitemap is not working and I’m tired of talking to your support team. Resolve the issue ASAP.
Hello,
I checked your sitemaps again and all the versions of your website and now properly redirecting to the preferred version.
Also, the sitemaps do not go in a redirect loop. Here’s a screencast for your reference: https://i.rankmath.com/DBelxC
I also checked and the sitemaps are now properly updated with the latest contents of your website: https://i.rankmath.com/KVCFwa
So, I suggest you clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (
your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml
) (please ensure to replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).Hope this helps.
Thank you.
