    Hey,

    I guess i have issue on my site. Analytics doesn’t show any results on the wordpress dashboard or under Rank math menu -> Analytics. (see attached images)

    This website was pushed to live from staging area through cPanel (softaculous)

    I tried everything that is listed on your forum/documentation by clearing, re-indexing and what not else, still no luck.

    I hope i can get a help about this issue.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can use the WP-Crontrol plugin to check that.

    In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cronjobs working and enabled in your installation.

    If the cron jobs are working, please reconnect the Analytics account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:
    reconnect

    Once you reconnect and configure the Analytics settings, the data fetch should start automatically.

    Hi,

    I followed your steps, cron is enabled, i disconnected it and connected it again from Google. When i reconnected it i don’t see my website. I removed Rank math from my Google authorized apps and did it again, no luck…

    Hello,

    I checked your Analytics dashboard and you haven’t connected your Google service. Please refer to my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.

    Could you please connect it so we can further check if the data is populating to the analytics dashboard? Do ensure to allow all permissions for the Analytics module to properly work.

    It was connected. Anyway, it is connected now again, but when i select analytics and save, it doesn’t do anything. I can’t get the analytics to be working. I attached image also.

    I tried to fetch the data manually but it looks like the token is expired Please reconnect Rank Math to your Google account by going to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics:
    reconnect Google

    Hello,

    I logged into your website’s admin area and found that the Google Analytics Property was not selected, since there was a single property and account, I went ahead and connected your Google Analytics account.

    Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket and confirm it on your end.
