Although unlikely that Rank Math causes the slow website speed if you feel that our plugin is causing that, you may install a query monitor plugin to check if there are Rank Math queries slowing down your site. After that, you could share some screenshots of the differences using https://imgbb.com/ so we can check on our end.
Also, please clear the website cache and try checking the scores again.

I have checked the GTMetrix score with and without Rank Math installed on your website.
The score is not almost similar in terms of overall score:

Could you please check the same for the other plugin and perform the test?
It sure looks like the Rank Math is not affecting the page speed in any manner.

I do remember my site performance was around 94% when Yoast was active on my site.
Unfortunately I dont have a snapshot so I cant show you

1. Wrong or correct configuration of Rank Math’s settings should not affect the performance of your website as long as your database is properly created which in your website, they are. Also, you are running that recommended version of WordPress and PHP so there shouldn’t be any problems with that.
2. Rank Math doesn’t offer speed optimization but we created our plugin very lightweight for the frontend.

3. Please check all the settings on Rank Math if they are the same as Yoast’s configuration. You can check all your posts and pages if all the meta details are completely imported from Yoast.
If it seems that the migration is not complete, you can also head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status and Tools > Import & Export scroll down to “Other plugins” and click the import process again:

I have inspected your site and found that your posts don’t have any focus keywords. Did you set any keywords in the Yoast plugin? And if we talk about the website score, You can consider using the cache plugin for your website to compress images, optimize javascript/CSS files. It will definitely impact your page speed score.

I am using Ezoic to serve ads on my site.
I cannot use any cache plugin as Ezoic has a cache plugin and they are using LEAP to improve my site
Why do you feel that I need some sort of caching plugin?
Have you seen anything to show that these are needed on my site?
Ezoic is also supposed to be using their CDN for my site, but I am still not getting proper site speed metrics on GTMetrix.
I really wonder if their caching plugin and CDN is really working properly.

I have re-checked with the GTmetrix (https://i.rankmath.com/0vjcqA), and your score seems to be gotten up. As I already mentioned in my previous response, Rank Math is not causing the slow down of your website, but you can certainly improve the other aspect such as the Speed Index of your website. I can see you have multiple security plugins installed on your website, such as sucuri and word-fence. Consider using a single security plugin. It will surely improve your load time. Also, on your homepage, your image size is too large. Consider using the thumbnail/cropped picture on your front page. Also, disable any plugin which you are not using.
