That alert will show if noindex is enabled on that certain page. It is advisable to keep it that way so users are aware of the robots configuration of the page which is significant when it comes to managing the SEO of your content.
But, if you really need to remove that alert, please ensure to apply the CSS only for the admin dashboard. You can use a snippet plugin or inset the code in your functions.php file:
