I discovered that the Pro subscription for some reason has been registered under another email account even though I used the this accounts mail when I purchased it.
Could you please help to move the subscription over to this account?

You can follow the below steps to activate the license:
Step 1: Update to the latest version manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

That should fix the issue.
