  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that you haven’t verified the WWW (or non-WWW) and HTTPS (or HTTP) versions of your website. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap

    I hope that helps.

Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

I checked your website and all the variations of your website are still giving the 200 status. Please follow the tutorial guide suggested by my colleague to redirect all the other variations to the preferred one.

If you’re not sure, then you may get in touch with your web host regarding this and they would be able to help you further.

Once done, please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml) (please ensure to replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).

Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue is fixed.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that your latest post is already added to your sitemap.

However, you still haven’t verified your sitemap versions like I mentioned above.

You may need to get in touch with your web host to fix this issue as they are in a much better position to assist you with this process.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I need a customer support number because I’m not satisfied with the chat customer service. The chat reply is too late which is creating problems in communication.
